Has anyone caught any sign of this year's one yet?

Edit:

Here it is.

Pic of the HE 111 up on the Advent Calendar page for today. Could well be the boxtop image.

I would say, looking at previous calendar images, it is.

Unless they have Cadburys behind the window it wouldn't appear here.

4th December.

Possibly the cruellest competition conditions of all time?

Do you need £100 that badly?

Doubtless a policy decision but this year's Calendar seems dreary and disappointing. Hope they change this policy in respect of the calendar for next year. Bring back the teasers...

Today's teaser. (The photo is titled 'teaser 6' so we might be due at least another five. The photo for the teaser on 9 December is 'teaser 7'...).

Short-nosed twin prop with a relatively narrow fuselage.

The wrapping in some areas obviously isn't conforming to the plastic itself but whilst my gut feeling is a Westland Whirlwind, there's some Beaufightery in there too.

The late Mk. Blenheim still hasn't been released, if this is it, not so much teased as short changed!

What, still no Cadbury's chocs? Vastly disappointing.

I'm working on the basis that the Blenheim has already been announced in the later variants and that Airfix are showing 'new' tools, rather than adapted ones. The port wing shows a bulge in the leading edge where rocket rails would be on the Beau. Just proportionally in the photo the fuselage looks quite slim which possibly would point to a Whirlwind - but then that bulge in the wing becomes difficult to quantify.

Good points, well presented. If it is (brand) new I'd have to go Beaufighter, explains the wing lumps. The portion of the necelle under the wing looks too small for a Whirlwind. . . . Long nose for a Beau though?

Si.
