They're here to stay! Network Rail have signed a contract for the use of unmanned aerial surveillance to monitor their rail and tracks; FLIGHT GLOBAL LINK I don't know if anyone else has noticed in recent weeks, but the use of such remote vehicles is becoming quite widespread with examples regularly appearing on BBC & ITV news reports and in documentary programmes. |

Just read in todays paper that an A320 had a very near miss at Heathrow with one and also an ATR72 reported one just 80 feet from it when approaching Southend. Can't their frequencies be blocked near airports? |
