RAF 60s Transport Command sand'n'stone scheme with black undersides and the white cap over the cockpit. Displayed in-flight with the clamshell doors open at rear for a LAPES drop.....
It`s a nice scheme and I know it`s a whif idea, but I honestly think Transport Command would be the very last people to consider Concorde in the transport role.

Even fare paying passengers commented on how cramped the interior was. :grin:
