Although I don't indulge in the Christmas spirit too much myself, what presents are you hoping for, have already been given or have bought for yourself this year?

In my case, I've been stocking up on a few kits to see me through next year and probably 2016.

Got a 1/48 Harrier GR 3 for my birthday yesterday and I know I have a 1/48 F-4J for Christmas. Might get something else but think the rest is cash.

I don't get plastic for Christmas but will have a look online after the big day to see if there is anything worth having.

Cheers,

I won't be getting anything this year. Girlfriend is gone and the kids only buy me anything if she nags them to do so....

I have enough plastic now anyway after Southwell and Telford and now (if I ever receive them) the Airfix Black Friday sale.

I still don't have anyone to buy me a christmas present so unless Santa is real I doubt i'll get anything  But I do need to get a Tamiya 1/35 Tiger that has the decals for 131, so that can be a present to me. Just waiting to see if anyone puts one in a sale.

My wife got me the Monovell Visable P-51D for Chrismas. Always wanted this as a kid but couldn't afford it. Besides, I lived by the credo 'If a little glue will do a little good, a lot of glue..." well, you get the idea. Hey, it was Testers glue and it smelled so good!

A hi-tech weather station for the Garden from SWMBO, I love these things, and a Paddington Station clock from my son also for the garden. Problem here though as my lord and master has decreed that she doesn't want anymore holes on our house wall and there is nowhere else for it to go, suggestions (clean ones) always welcome. Oh and a dozen pairs of socks in varying shades ranging from Hi-viz to just plain bright, always welcome on my feet.

I got my first ever kit from the wife (she has never gone out and bought me a kit before, only given me the cash) which was a new tool airfix lanc (the white one) which on looking at the instruction was based in Cambs along with the radial one based at waterbeach.

I also got andy macnabs latest book and Da 'nang diaries wich is about the OV-10 ops etc in vietnam. Along with some other goodies so not a bad year this year.

Just pondering my usual post crimbo kit/s treat
