Reported on Spanish news is the crash of a Greek AF F-16 at Los Llanos de Albacete air base in Spain this afternoon (Monday), while taking part in a NATO Tactical Leadership Programme exercise. They are saying that it crashed shortly after take-off at 3.18pm and may have hit a hangar. They are reporting two killed and ten injured. It's not on the BBC as I write - as always, confirmation required. Spanish News Report |

I've just read about this is my Daily Mail, nasty. Report says 8 people killed and at least 5 aircraft destroyed, French Mirages and Italian Alfa (sic) Jets, I wasn't aware that Italy operated Alpha Jets, and Wikipedia agrees, so maybe they were AMXs |
