And so onto the finished kit pictures. (Well, as far as I wanted to go with this anyway)

I`ve left a lot of stuff off this kit due to the fact that it`s for a 5 year old who will be `crashing` it very shortly.

However I did achieve a little of what I wanted by seeing what an F-18 might look like in a `Sundowners` scheme.

Have to say the sharks mouth decal is not a great fit on the F-18 and it just looks like a demented dolphin to me. But hey, that`s my fault and no one elses. Tom`s happy and thats what counts.



Conclusion

This kit is showing it`s age and while it would make a reasonable representation of an F-18 with time and care and if your on a budget, there are probably better and newer F-18 kits out there.

I built this for my son and he`s happy and that`s what counts in this game.
