Firstly, well done to the womens footie team. They should be rightly proud.

But had anyone else noticed that in this year, 70 years ago when WWII finished, the last two games to be played in the competition are,

USA v Japan
Germany v England

?

They have done us proud. I am not a follower of kicking a pigs bladder around a field but why when we lose it's always the other team's fault with fouls etc. and never the better team one.
