Much like me, they stuck the icon at the bottom, I've looked but as Mark says 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' Grandson who is an IT thingy in the Big Smoke tells me the same, he built my Wndows 7 set up so will listen to him.

My daughter has already uninstalled windows 10 and gone back to windows 8. She had some problems with it and going back seems to have cured all of them.

I will think about it more when they stop supporting Win 7 but until then I think I will stick to what I'm comfortable with.

I upgraded my Sony laptop from Win 8 and had a few issues. Checked the Sony site and they recommend not upgrading to Win10 yet!
To be honest, I was happier with Win7.
Long story short - Leave it well alone, Mark.

Got a new PC tower unit a few weeks back with Windows 8.1 installed, i upgraded to Windows 10 asap as 8.1 was bloody awful
not had a single problem with it.

everything runs smoother and faster and looks fantastic in 64-bit
