I can't recall seeing a raspberry ripple scheme on MMM before. It suits the Jaguar very well.

I've properly fallen out of love with this kit already hence the painfully slow progress, in all honesty it will be a miracle if it gets finished in time.

The fit isn't great . . . bordering on bad. Cockpit instruments are from etched brass which doesn't have sufficient relief to look right (pre coloured might just have worked or better still some nicely moulded plastic parts!) and my kit has been short moulded so I will have to rebuild the flaps.

I sold mine but only for the reason it didn't fit with my current interests any more. You definitely have a Friday kit there as I have seen a few really good builds, I've built the Kitty Hawk French 'A' and found it to be OK with just a bit of patience needed but will agree that they don't just fall together but that's modelling isn't it?.
