I'm going to build the excellent Airfix 1/48 kit, using the kit decals to produce the aircraft illustrated on the box top.

I've concentrated all my efforts on this one kit so quickly arrived at a set of interior components ready to assemble. I added a harness to the seat but other than hat it's all Airfix . . . basic but it'll do for me.

Soon it's ready to button up. I added the belly pan halves to each fuselage side before they were joined figuring it was the easiest way to get the neatest join.

I remember building this kit when it was first released and being very impressed, no disappointment this time round, it's Airfix at their best. Soon I had this.

Really impressed with the decals considering how long I've had this kit in the stash, settled in well with some Micro Sol. The sharks mouth really brings this aircraft to life.
