While not as heavily armed as the Speros, it brings volume of fire to the fight. In addition, and an aspect developed from the 2150 Speros Refit, the Seia is designed and built with two integrated shuttle catapults. In an emergency situation, missiles may even be fired from the catapults before they fly on their own power (should missiles be loaded.) Originally planned to replace the original Speros, the Seia-class' original plan had been shelved in exchange for the new "Gray Navy" doctrine of the Thyserian Royal Navy. This halted the production of the Seia-class at 6 vessels. While they're the youngest of the older designs, they have been in service for centuries are are incredibly obsolete by the present day despite upgrades and retrofits over the years. These vessels currently use the KIN prefix. Edited by Wheeljack, Feb 1 2017, 05:40 PM.
