GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SKELLZION Skellzion is home to 976 Million people. It has very good civil and political rights. Skellzion is a great place to live. Most of Northern Skellzion is tundra with large rolling hills. In the south, a lot of the countryside is covered in lush evergreen forests. The cities are massive, the Kahlfin metropolitan area is home to as many as 90 million people. Skellzion has a very large presence on the Internet due to its widespread internet access and habits of the people. Skellzion is home to a lot of dogs of the Shiba Inu breed, they are treated like fellow humans. They are allegedly as intelligent as humans, many dogs have been able to gain government positions. Human translators are available if you want to speak to them. There are 2 main languages in Skellzion, Skellzion and SSL (Skellzion Sign Language). Most people learn SSL from a young age, it is very different from other languages as you do not make signs with it despite its name, rather you speak by bending and lowering your fingers. Each finger corresponds to a letter, as there are only 8 fingers between both of you hands, you raise and lower your thumbs to switch between different sets of letters. Kahlfin Kahlfin is the capital city of Skellzion. It has a population of 55 Million. It has a very high population density due to the general housing. Large parts of the population in Kahlfin live in tiny apartments that are 2.5x2 metres in size. Kahlfin is mostly made up of massive skyscrapers in which people work, live and shop in. There are many parks around Kahlfin in which people go to walk around and to play in. There is a large river that runs through Kahlfin called Cvokicav. The main monuments in Kahlfin are: The Shuka Misha Statue, it is a large statue in Yugata Square. It depicts a Shuka (the first dog in space) standing bravely next to Misha Savatask (the first person in space). The National Museum of Science, it holds large amounts of historical scientific artifacts and other science themed stuff. The Terakashi Castle, it is were the body of King Skelly (198BC-113BC) sits. The Corakcli Tower, was built in 1897 by the great architect Kieanon Retviaski. It is 315 metres high and is a symbol of Kahlfin.A map of Skellzion with the major cities on. Religion The main religion in Skellzion is Nucleism. Most people are Atheists or follow Pope Kitty Floofodoggo. Mumakil Mûmak (plural Mûmakil) Mumakil roam the Skellzion tundra in packs of around 15. They can grow up to 25 metres, Mûmakil resemble wooly mammoths or elephants, except that they are larger and have six tusks instead of two. Two are on the bottom jaw, two larger tusks are where an elephant's would be, and there were two smaller tusks above those. Mumakil were used hundreds of years ago as siege weapons. They would often put platforms on the backs of the Mumakil, these would be used to shoot arrows from. They have been used by humans for labour and warfare for many years. Their tusks are sought after for their beauty, warlords would often show them off in ancient times. Even though the tusks are very valuable, Mumakil are left alone by hunters and other people because of their massive size and power; Mumakil have been known to destroy entire villages when they have been enraged, for the most part they avoid humans. To most cultures, the Mûmakil were creatures of great size, as fearsome as dragons. Mumakil are the national animal of Skellzion. They were have been used extensively through Skellzion warfare due to their enormous strength, power and size; they are practically walking castles. Battlements and platforms would be placed on their backs, archers could shoot from these. Skelly, The Anchor of Power used Mumakil to his advantage in his conquest across the land of modern day Skellzion, they often used war paint and hung banners on their Mûmakil, to make them more fearsome. These thick-skinned beasts were almost invulnerable to arrows; their eyes were vulnerable, however, as Mûmakil could be blinded or even killed by arrows released with great force. When blinded they went into a rage of pain, often destroying masters and foes alike in their rampages. The tendons in their legs seem to be a vulnerable point however. Spoiler: click to toggle The Appearance of Skellzion's People The people of Skellzion usually have very white skin due to the climate and most people have Brown or Black hair. Cybernetic and genetic auguments are very common, 1/2 people have them, and about 1/3 people are designer babies. The most usual augments are robotic legs and/or arms. All soldiers have robotic augments of some kind, pilots have leg augments to help reduce the risk of blacking out. Edited by Skelly, Jun 22 2017, 09:46 PM.

SKELLZION'S HISTORY The Skellzion we know today was formed by the conquering of many nearby towns and kingdoms by the great king Skelly, The Anchor of Power, who lived from 198BC-113BC, although he died in 113BC his reign continued until 149AD as a dead king, his skeleton sits upon his throne in a secret room in his castle located 17km North of Kahlfin, his body still sits there today. Before Skelly rose to power and united Skellzion, it was just a small collection of Kingdoms on the coast of modern day Skellzion, near where Kahlfin is; these Kingdoms came together in 367BC when they were all threatened by the Sacratno from the North West, they named themselves The Retrogad. Before the Retrograd was formed, there were 7 main kingdoms around the area of modern day Skellzion. Their names were Hojina, Kizegetar, Quiela, Etreciop, Andromedari, Xiyoz and Lykatrona. The oldest of all these was Hojina, originating in the area around modern day Qualsirek in 798 BC. Shortly after this in 794 BC, Kizegetar formed around the area of modern day Kahlfin. Hojina - 798 BC Kizegetar - 794 BC Quiela - 675 BC Etreciop - 659 BC Andromedari - 624 BC Xiyoz - 412 BC Lykatrona - 413 BC When the Kingdoms were all united under Skelly in 179 BC as Skellzion, they conquered all of the nearby enemy kingdoms and conquered much of what is modern day Skellzion. The city of Kahlfin was built to be the capitol city and from there, trade spread across the Skellzion Empire. Edited by Skelly, Jun 20 2017, 10:04 PM.

THE DECEMBER REVOLUTION In the freezing winter of December 1919 civil unrest was at an all time high. There was the Kyvlins Revolutionary Party, they believed that the working classes would, at some point, liberate themselves from the economic and political control of the ruling classes. Once they had achieved this, a genuine socialist society based on equality could be established. In their view, this process was bound to take place, sooner or later. The Kyvlin were formed and led by the Yuri Alexandranian Gagarin - known simply as Leble the Pebble. Ruthless and single-minded, Leble decided that the conditions in Skellzion in 1917 were ripe for revolution. At the beginning of 1917, however, the Kyvlin were still a minority organisation within Skellzion. Most of their leaders, including Leble, were in exile in Swaovania and the chances of the Kyvlin ever attaining power in Skellzion seemed pretty remote. The Strovins After the January Revolution, the first Strovin appeared in Petrogradaclaceg. Soon, other Strovins had been elected, in Kahlfin and other cities. The Strovins were basically councils, elected by workers, soldiers and sailors. They were usually chaotic, rowdy, and disorganised but they were elected - unlike the Provisional Government. Leble fastened on to this, and declared that the Strovins should actually rule Skellzion - "All Power to the Strovins!" became an extremely effective Kyvlin rallying cry. Of course, what Leble actually meant was that the Strovins should rule Skellzion, with the Kyvlin controlling them. Economic Problems Economic difficulties had played a major role in Nikola II's fall from power. The Provisional Government had very limited success in dealing with these problems. Prices went on rising, food was in short supply and the peasants' desire for control of more land was not met. Inevitably, the continuing economic crisis discredited the Provisional Government, and strengthened the appeal of the Kyvlin. The War The Skellzion people wanted the war to come to an end. The country was exhausted and the people had had enough. Incredibly, the Provisional Government could not see this. They persisted in trying to continue with the military campaigns. A final, unsuccessful offensive against the Ferocians was attempted in June 1917 with the remaining loyal troops. The collapse of the army's morale continued, with desertion being encouraged by the Kyvlin. Kyvlin Policies As Kyvlin leader, Leble the Pebble had very clear objectives for what he wanted to achieve. First of all, the Kyvlins had to gain control of the Petrogradaclaceg Strovins. Then they would seize power in the name of the Strovins. This process would be repeated in other cities. It was due to Leble's energy and drive that the Kyvlin agreed on this course of action. The first step was to increase Kyvlin support within the Strovin. Leble developed Kyvlin policies in line with this aim in mind. The slogan "peace, bread and land" summarised Kyvlin policies at this time. Peace Leble could see that the Skellzion people wanted an end to the war. The Kyvlin were offering what they wanted. Bread Leble claimed that the Kyvlin could solve the food shortages - the Provisional Government had made them worse. Land This was a shrewd move by Leble. The Kyvlin were a party of the cities and the industrial areas and they had very little support among the peasants. However, with the peasants being the vast majority of the population, Leble could not risk them turning against the Kyvlin. By offering them land, Leble ensured that the peasants stayed neutral when the Kyvlin made their bid for power. Leble was actively supported by Leona Yrosky. Yrosky had superb skills of organisation and improvisation. She created the Red Protectors, a Kyvlin militia formed from armed factory workers, soldiers and sailors. Yrosky took charge of the detailed planning of the actual Kyvlin takeover at the end of December, to make sure that all the vital areas of Petrogradaclaceg were effectively in Kyvlin hands. Leble's Return In April 1917, Leble returned to Skellzion, with the assistance of the Ferocie. He at once took control and direction over the Kyvlin and began to make preparations for seizing power. The June offensive This was the last gasp of the Skellzion Army in the war. Enough troops were scraped together for an offensive but, almost inevitably, the result was a disastrous failure. The morale of the army declined further and there were huge increases in the level of desertions. The soldiers became more receptive to Kyvlin propaganda and the loyalty of a number of units to the Provisional Government was now uncertain. The July offensive Following the failure of the offensive in June, the Kyvlin made an attempt to seize power in Petrogradaclaceg in July. Here, Leble made a serious misjudgement which could have led to disaster for the Kyvlin. Only small numbers of soldiers and sailors actively supported the Kyvlin and the uprising was suppressed by loyal troops. A number of Kyvlin leaders were arrested and Leble fled to Kazakovia. The Kernilav Revolt In August 1919, a Skellzion General, Zavr Kernilav, made an attempt to seize power for himself. His army advanced on Petrogradaclaceg, with the Provisional Government under the leadership of Olvdrani Keronasky, seemingly powerless to stop him. This gave an opportunity for the Kyvlin to take the lead in the saving Petrogradaclaceg from Kernilav. The Red Protecters, under Yrosky's direction, organised the defence of the city. Kyvlin agents infiltrated Kernilav's troops and encouraged them to desert. The Kyvlin also organised strikes by railway workers which caused chaos to Kernilav's supplies and communications. Within a few days, Kernilav's attempt at seizing power was over. Increased Support for the Kyvlin An important result of the Kernilav Revolt was a big increase in support for the Kyvlin. Their popularity increased as a direct result of their actions in defeating Kernilav and saving Petrogradaclaceg from his troops. By September, the Kyvlin had gained control of the Petrogradaclaceg Strovin. The Revolution Leble was now convinced that the time was ripe for the Kyvlin to seize power in the name of the Strovin: The Provisional Government had been seriously weakened by its inaction during the Kernilav Revolt and it had little control over the army. The Kyvlin were now in control of the Petrogradaclaceg Strovin and in a much stronger position to realise their goal of bringing about the revolution they desired. In December 1919, a Skellzion Congress of Strovin was due to meet in Petrogradaclaceg. By seizing power before then, the Kyvlin could claim to be acting in the name of the Strovin. Delay would be dangerous. In January, the Constituent Assembly would be elected - the first real and official Skellzion Parliament. Once it met, it could challenge the authority of the Strovin - and the power of the Kyvlin. Also, Leble was genuinely worried about another attempt at a military takeover, this time by a general who was more intelligent and better organised than Kernilav had been. The Seizure of Power The actual takeover of Petrogradaclaceg was organised by Yrosky. On 24 December (a day before Christmas), units of the Red Protectors took control of the city. Key buildings, power stations, railway and tram stations, important bridges were in Kyvlin hands. A large warship that was sympathetic to the Kyvlin, the "Euphoria", steamed up the river Skeva and trained its guns on the Winter Palace, where the Provisional Government was located. On the night of the 25th December, the Kyvlin stormed the Winter Palace and arrested the Provisional Government. Leble now proclaimed a new government of Skellzion, by the Strovin. The Congress of Strovin met and endorsed the action of the Kyvlin. The Kyvlin Revolution was now a fact. The Aftermath The UKSS (United Kyvlin States of Skellzion) was formed shortly after this. SKELLZIONS MILITARY Zeppelins The USC has begun building massive Zeppelins, they will primarily be for military purposes but many are being made to be used for civilian transport between cities and countries. They will use both Helium and Hydrogen to help float and will have large propeller blades to help change direction and to increase speed; they would have segmented balloons, so if one section is damaged it would still be able to float. They have anti-missle guns to stop incoming missiles. Spoiler: click to toggle Spoiler: click to toggle GOAB The GOAB (Giant Ordnance Air Blast bomb) is a thermobaric device which yields the equivalent of 46 tons of TNT using about seven tons of a new type of high explosive. Because of this, the bomb's blast and pressure wave have a similar effect to a small tactical nuclear weapon, although on a smaller scale. The bomb works by detonating in mid-air. Most damage is inflicted by a supersonic shockwave and extremely high temperatures. Thermobaric weapons differ from conventional explosive weapons in that they generate a longer, more sustained blast wave with greater temperatures. In doing so, they produce more damage over a larger area than a conventional weapon of similar mass. Unlike nuclear weaponry known for its radioactive fallout, use of the weapon does not damage or pollute the environment beyond the blast radius. These devices will be deployed by the SGU-07 Bombers, SLB-9 Stealth Bombers and the new Zeppelins. They may also be put on rockets and launched. Robert Sluan, an engineer who worked on the design, told the KNN it was likely that GOAB indeed represented the world's biggest non-nuclear bomb. "You can argue about the numbers and how you scale this but we have a long and proven history of developing weapons in the thermobaric class", he says. Laser Systems Skellzion has been building multiple laser defense and attack systems to shoot missiles out of the sky. They have been used to shoot down missiles shot from the UMSR which were headed towards TDI. Currently, Skellzion has 23types of laser bearing vehicles: the Noeing ULA-1 prototype plane, the Ruksi LWS-1 Tank, and the Korba Geep LWS-1 Automobile. Skellzion has also designed a LWS that can be put on ships. Enhancement of the human body All soldiers have robotic augments of some kind, pilots have leg augments to help reduce the risk of blacking out. Genetic enhancements include strength enhancements, stamina enhancements and reflex enhancements. Edited by Skelly, Jun 20 2017, 10:12 PM.

The Subjects of Nuclei The Subjects of Nuclei formed together after the Nuclear disaster at the Galypso Nuclear Power Plant. They worship radiation, the Atom and their God, Nuclei. Nuclei is said to have created radiation and that he will be bring his Subjects to a new world created by him. The Subjects seek to live in highly radioactive places. They believe it clears the mind, makes you healthier and that it will help them attain holy power. They commonly wear fur coats with long robes and they usually wear helmets engraved with images of atoms or radiation. It is theorised that the robes they wear help to protect them from radiation, this could be why they seem to be less affected by it. They are searching for old UKSS submarines and abandoned military bases, it is though that they could be searching for a nuclear bomb or just anything more radioactive. Spoiler: click to toggle
