- Only registered members of the forum can apply for the Contest;
- Each participant can apply with only one song, performed in any world language, of any genre;
- Participants cannot apply with a song that had been sent before in the Contest or with a song that had competed in the Eurovision Song Contest;
- Only songs with less than 10 million views are allowed (on the date of applying).
- If a participant sends a song which does not fulfill the previously stated requirements, the host will ask them to change the song. If the song does not get changed by the deadline, the participant will be disqualified;
- If a participant sends a song which is already sent by someone else, they will be asked to change the song;
- After the deadline, the host must present all the competing songs in a ceremony of some sort (pictures, banners, YouTube links...). When the ceremony is finished, the host must publish the voting details and deadlines;
- All contestants must vote using the usual voting process.
- The host must note all the votes in Excel and publish the document after the Contest, for everyone to see;
- At least ten hours after the songs have been published, the voting begins. Each participant sends a private message to the host, with their ranking of the competing songs. The voting procedure is simple, pick your ten favorites and award them with 10pts for the best one, 09pts for the second best one and so on until 1pt.
The private message for the host should look like this: 10pts – XXXX 09pts – XXXX 08pts – XXXX ... 01pt – XXXX
- When applying, participants should state the following information and in the following order to the host:
Name of artist(s): Song: Year: YouTube link: Participating country: Link to the country's flag:
- The winner of the previous edition will qualify directly to the finale on the next edition, if there is a semi-final. The winner will also be asked to host the next edition, and they may also refuse to do so.
- If there are more than 26 participants, the semi-final will be held. Exactly 50% of participants will qualify to the finale, for example, if there are 26 participants, 13 will qualify to the next round. If there are 31, 16 will qualify to the next round (31/2=15,5 -16). The winner of the previous edition is directly qualified.
- Deadline for applications may not last longer than 7 days. Deadline for voting in the semi-final & finale may not last longer than 5 days.
