Code: `Name of Board: Member name on this board: Member name on your board: -you MUST be an admin for your own board- Affiliating URL: Affiliating image:` Rules for affiliation: 1. Our site be affiliated on your board as well. 2. There are limited spaces on the affiliation section, max 5 spaces. 3. First come first serve basis 4. You will only have 1 full month for affiliating with us. Afterwards, it will be another member's turn. However, you may request once again for affiliation, but you will be only given one space, not another for your other board. 5. You MUST have 250 posts on our board if you want to affiliate. We will NOT tolerate anybody requesting for affiliation below that post count. Even if it is 249 posts. 6. You are given a choice of selecting between three images you want to use to link our board.
