I found Godzilla: Tokyo SOS a big disappointment after Godzilla against mechaGodzilla, I liked the AZC but they got rid of it, but the new weapon to replace it is a nice special effect. MechaGodzilla to me looks good, possible better then he looked previously. Mothra and the larvae are nicely detailed, but I do wish Toho will give them a longer rest then Godzilla, since Im beginning to get annoyed at seeing her in the G-films. Godzilla deisgn looks good, but that wound makes him look more rubbery. The special effects are well done and to me hard to spot problems. Im still thinking of getting it higher on the list, since it to me is the worst Millennium film, since it does copy off of other Godzilla films and has stock footage from Godzilla vs Biollante. so Im going to give this film another chance and see if it beats GxM. also it does make a great sig picture Godzilla: tokyo SOS. |
