It might be kind of fun to walk around town as Bemlar or Red King. I think if I had my pick of kaiju costumes I would select Keronia(from episode 31 of the original "Ultraman" series). I once saw an internet review of the episode this monster appeared in describe the creature as "a walking cabbage".
