I'll leave impressions after I get through both episodes. This two part'er, called The Monster Prince(aka "The Grand Monster") is a personal favorite of mine, both the episodes and the kaiju Gomora, a magnificent monster who, without any beam weapons of any kind, managed to manhandle Ultraman, in the first part through sheer brute force. In episode two, and despite having his tail completely blasted off by rockets, Gomora still managed to fight the defense forces, and Ultraman, hard before finally being defeated.
