Well, I'm sure all Godzilla fans are wondering... 1. When will Godzilla return to the big screen? 2. When he does what kind of film will it be? What do you think the Toho Motion Picture Company, that holds the rights to Godzilla, should do for the next Godzilla film? Cast your vote and explain your choice. All related discussion here as well, regarding any speculation about the next Godzilla film which, according to TOHO, will be released "around" the year 2013... Thread(and poll) starter-Packmule's opinion: I initially considered a "Godzilla vs another monster" as the best scenario by which to successfully return the King Of The Monsters to the big screen. Having had more time to think about it, I now believe a stand-alone feature, with Godzilla as the only featured kaiju(like in Gojira or The Return Of Godzilla) is the best way to go. I believe TOHO has the best chance to "reinvent" Godzilla(perhaps) by isolating him as the only featured monster in the next G film-then build on that picture for the next. :) |
