Viewing Single Post From: What Should Toho Do For The Next Godzilla Movie?

Combichrist Posts: 114 Group: Members Member #11 Joined: February 1, 2006	I want the next Godzilla film to feature a new monster to fight, but yet, have it solo for half the movie. For example: start it out kind of like how the original did, Godzilla is newly discovered and is the main threat for about half the film, leading it to beleive Godzilla is the only one Earth should be focusing on stoping, yet a new monster appears and causes havoc...something like that. I don't know, im not good at making up backstories for movies confused I just don't want another Gojira or Godzilla 1984, those movies arew good enough the way they are, unless Toho can make a better story for a "Godzilla only" film, then it would be ok. I just wouldn't mind if they started off a new series like the way they did with the Millenium series with Godzilla 2000. It would be awesome if Godzilla could have a new Arch Nemesis as strong/cool as King Ghidorah, someone new that Godzilla can square off against more than once.
