Trent if you can I'd go with the 60GB PS3 as opposed to the 80Gig exspecially if you plan on playing PS2 and PS1 games. The 80 gig PS3 does software emulation so you'll have to download updates where as the 60GB has an Emotion Engine chip which allows for full Backwards compatiablity.
The cool thing about the PS3 is that you can add your own HDD later so if you feel that 60GB isn't enough space then just buy a new laptop HDD and pop that in.
Well I don't plan on playing a lot of PS2 games, just a few classic fighters. But that's some good information to know. If I can get my hands on a 60 GB PS3 I'll definitely get it.
