I've only got the five first episodes, but I can tell that the Japanese theme can still be heard sometimes in the fights. I'd prefer the Japanese original, but you can't have everything. Also, Megaloman's main finishing attack (Called, I believe, Megalo-Fireball) is pretty funny. He dances around as his hair catches fire, and sends the fire away in a fireball.
