I can remember seeing episodes of Doctor Who featuring Tom Baker on a local Public Broadcasting station here in Atlanta, GA back in the mid and late 1980's. I'll have to go back and try to get myself a little more up to speed on the character. Any good websites for the "Dr. Who" character?
