Looks good! thumbs up If you see me reference the forum skin here in my comments, regarding these images, there's a reason: beginning in October of last year I solicited, and received, about twenty evaluations, some posted at various IF support/services sites and others by PM, almost all of them critical of the banner I was using. Their criticism was mostly based on what they claimed was a forum skin and banner background color that were not enough alike. I have been told that this site has driven people off from registering here solely based on my banner...though obviously I can't prove it. At this point I'm willing to use member submissions for forum banners as long as their principal color background is relatively close to the forum skin of this site. I always use member submissions as promo sig banners when I'm posting at other sites, and I include the member's username in the "credits" of the image. |
