I put Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla on and you know the beginning, where Anguirius is roaring at the beginning and Godzilla appears out of a mountain or something. Was that supposed to be taking place AFTER Anguirius' battle with MechaGodzilla? But it was just put at the beginning for effects. And I know that wasn't monster Island confused I haven't watched Godzilla Vs Mechagodzilla(1974) since the fall of last year so I may have to look at it again before I can give a specific response. I'm familiar with the scene where Anguirus fights with "Godzilla"(actually MG disguised as Godzilla), gets his mouthed ripped asunder and goes retreating back into the ground. I always figured this scene was produced to establish that, despite the Black Hole aliens attempt to make their machine look like Godzilla, it wasn't going to fool, at the very least, one monster(Anguirus), as well as, obviously, and later, the real Godzilla.
