I hope this convalescence of yours has done your mind and heart good, Corey. Obviously I'm not going to tell you what to do but I absolutely believe attending, and graduating from high school, and your cessation of LSD use would help get you back on the road to recovery. Only you can effect change within yourself, Corey. These programs can, and do help but ultimately, and I'm sure you realize, it's the person in the program who has to "put in the work" for these programs to work. If one(or two) don't work I hope you won't give up on the idea they can work for you. There's something to be said for "ordinary", I think, Corey. Perhaps it will do you some good right now. If cutting back only partially, at first, is what you believe you need to do get this stuff out of your life then by all means do it but I can't emphasize enough how much I'd like to see you leave this crap behind...and permanently. Good luck Corey and keep us appraised of your progress. |
