I honestly don't know what it stands for. :x I'll explain in a different way, I went to a program called high focus for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, they "step you down" if you're doing well to another program that pretty much is the same besides of the times you go in. IOP is the program you're "stepped down" to. It's mainly just group therapy, which doesn't help me at all. |
