The Sci-Fi Channel, Russ, has become an amalgamation of "Sci-Fi Channel" original movies and more recent horror/sci-fi films, the latter many of the "straight to video" variety, these movies all mostly stinkers with poor acting and CGI effects. As Tom Van Slambrouck, aka "gvamp", once commented about AMC, the Sci-Fi Channel has, IMO, gone to hell.
