Josh, are you into the Shaw Brothers martial arts films or the more modern films or both?

I watch both from time to time, though admittedly, I haven't seen as many of the old 70's films as I'd like. The ones I saw as a kid are a blur as you said, and I really only remember bits and pieces of many of them. Recently however, I watched the classic Last Hurrah for Chivalry, it's a great samurai tale and I believe it was one of the first films directed by John Woo.

I love the fact that the classic Shaw Brothers films are seeing R1 releases, now. I'd highly recommend; The 36th Chamber of Shaolin, that is a great little film.

This morning, I watched the Dragon Dynasty release of, Invisible Target and thought that was a solid effort, too.
