In 2001 Toho released Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah-Giant Monsters All-Out Attack. Directed by Shusuke Kaneko, who also directed the Gamera Trilogy films, "GMK" returns Godzilla to his bad side, as a monster possessed by the spirits of the war dead(WWII). Defending Japan against Godzilla are three guardian monsters: Baragon, Mothra, and the 1000 Year Dragon, KIng Ghidorah. --This movie is IMO the best of the Millenium Godzilla films.
