DVD Fanatic Posts: 3,711 Group: Members Member #18 Joined: February 7, 2006	I really love the original series, I think when I was about 4, I received a Star Trek phaser for Christmas! Wish I had that puppy, now! Mr Green Back several years ago, I believe I was just out of high school and a local PBS station was running their member campaign and offered the original ST series, IF they could get 300 members to pledge membership and said they would sign the contract on air, if they met that goal. I believe they showed three or four episodes and I, naturally pledged and they did indeed sign the contract, that night. I remember they carried that series for several years and would show two or three episodes every Saturday night. thumbs up Favorite ST Television Series: Star Trek Favorite Captain: Kirk Favorite alien species: Klingons Favorite "Enterprise": Enterprise-Class from the first 6 TREK films. It has a really cool submarine-warfare type of personality to it. No nonsense. Agree! Favorite babe from ST: Guess if I must choose....Lt.
