I'd love to have the DVD box sets of STAR TREK but they are WAAAAY too expensive for me. Why the heck are they so pricey? Other TV show box sets sell for about $50, but STAR TREK is close to $100! What's up with that? My dream would be to own all three seasons on DVD, the Star Trek Movie Collection box set, The Borg Collective set (includes "The Best of Both Worlds" parts I and II!), and the animated series (voiced by the original stars). If I owned all of those I'd be in Trek Heaven. Y'know, with shows like STAR TREK, THE TWILIGHT ZONE, BATMAN, ULTRAMAN, and LOST IN SPACE, the 1960's really was a cool time to be into sci-fi/fantasy shows! |
