Great topic, Lee and great choices, as well. thumbs up Here are some of my personal faves: -Ben-Hur -Cleopatra ('63)-I know, a major flop to most, but I enjoy it. :) -The Greatest Story Ever Told -Henry V ('89)-Does this count as an epic? -The Longest Day -The Sound of Music-Again, not really an epic, but mighty close! -Spartacus ('60) -The Ten Commandments -Giant I still need to add Giant to my collection, but I always enjoyed that film. |
