Another film that may/may not be considered an epic, but one I always enjoyed is, The Bible, the film that told of the first 22 chapters in the book, Genesis. It had a great cast that included; George C Scott, Richard Harris, John Huston, Stephen Boyd, Ava Gardner and Peter O'Toole. This film seemed to be a staple on CBS, which was the only channel we got, when I was a kid, so this film was one I saw on a pretty regular basis. I need to add the DVD to my collection, just haven't done so and I have seen the disc at various retail stores. |
