In the last several months Monsterland Forums and another site I regularly participate in, It Came from Planet X, have both been the recipients of numerous spambot and other program-generated member registrations. In an effort to keep these "bots" and other computer-program generated riff-raff out of this site I would like to inform those that register here at Monsterland Forums that I will contact you by email after you register, asking you to reply by email to me so I know you're a real person and not a bot. I will allow one(1) week from the time of a registration to a reply by email back to me. If I get no reply then I will be forced to delete the registration. Some of these bots may be harmful to this site, from a security perspective, and I don't want to take a chance compromising the security of Monsterland Forums.
