This dates me, but I recall watching the series as it most likely had it's debut in its first make into americanized versions. I was very young.................. As strange as it sounds, I rather drifted away, and haven't seen any of the movies!!!!!! Imagine that. Now that I've gotten back into the 'mood', I'll have to rewatch the series episodes, as well as watch the movies. I will certainly relish this!!!!! :D I first watched episodes of Ultraman(1966) in 1971. I was 9 years old. It was showing on Saturday mornings on WTCG, which later became TBS(Turner Broadcasting System). The original series(still among the best I think) has spawned countless other series, which continue even today, and that does not include the movies, which, like the newer TV series, employ vastly improved special effects. :)
