I'm a Broncos fan, have been for more years than I can recall, but I suffered through the three horrible Super Bowl losses, before they finally won back-to-back championships.

I think in this case good things came to those who waited, i.e. the Broncos fans(two Super Bowl wins back to back after some miserable losses). In regards to Jake Plummer, his decision-making skills are, IMO, improving. One thing I would remind you is that he came to Denver after John Elway, one of the greatest NFL quarterbacks to ever play the game, retired. I sure wouldn't want to try and fill Elway's shoes  -not saying that Plummer should not be held accountable for his play, but I would give him another year to get over the proverbial "hump'. ;)
