Hard to say. Might have something to do with the hard-to-get weapons, or the fact that most people with no money get social aid. I don't really know why, but those are the most common guesses. My guess is it's something different. Not that I can complain. Additionally, I'd like to point out that we aren't crime-free. No, we've even had our own little supervillains.. but I digress. |
