Oct. 6 Glad it is a three day school week. So this is a short week. Tomorrow is in essence Thursday and not Tuesday and chorus is slow. Even though this is most probably karma talking extra rage on me because I failed one (I use to have emotional issues with a drunken father) things with chorus teamed up with the girls has gotten bad. Pre-pubescent girls spend too much talking and gossiping and crap like that. I want to get stuff done. And they obviously memorize instead of learn. Since my octave can go both ways girls and boys territory I feel like a important harmony point, along with the top five singers in the class. In other news, Tuesdays are going to be gold for me since I get an hour with my chorus teacher now. She says she loves my voice (yes, she said love) and that the only thing I need to work on solo singing wise is technique, like using better vibrato. On a lighter and more finger blistering note, I have learned the King of The Monsters theme from GFW! Talk about some light core metal...
