I corrected the spelling to "Shinsei". "Shinsei" is a term, and an incorrect one at that, sometimes used to describe the Godzilla films which are correctly referred to as the "Heisei" films. The term "Shinsei" was debunked by Keith Aiken at the ATARI Godzilla forums last year, regarding the Godzilla films made from 1984-1995. If I remember correctly the term "Shinsei" was started by someone and it caught on(for some unknown reason).
