Note on the text- like John Carpenter I like having complete control of my films and in doing so, here are the people you should be imagining- all characters are played by same actors. Since there were two prime ministers in the Heisei series, I am talking about the one from 84. Commander Aso (my fave human from the Heisei series) shall be played by his actor from the series and Commander Aso's father will be played by the same guy only older. For the American army general, imagine any African-American star (preferably the guy from THE GREEN MILE or Samuel L Jackson) and the president is played by James Woods. For music, it is a combo of Gojira, Godzilla 1985, and Godzilla Against mechagodzilla Scores. And it is filmed in FULLSCREEN. No, it's widescreen. ======================================================== INT: GRAVE SITE - RAINY DAY TIME EXT. Sad rainy day. Dr. Yamane just died, at age 93. Goro Maki, Ogata and Emiko, Hayashida, Ken and Naoko are in attendance. Hayashida: Dr. Yamane is one of the most important Japanese Scientists of the 20th century. He had help us rid of a threat to Japan greater than the second world world war, Godzilla. We are all very grieved by his passing. We have lost a colleague, a father, and if not, a saint. The ceremony goes on. Goro is taking photos, Emiko is crying on Ogata's shoulder, and the rest have sad faces. Now, some stock footage from Gojira. INT" LAWYER'S OFFICE - NIGHT Lawyer: I am sorry I have to meet you under these conditions. Emiko and Ogata nod Lawyer: Now, I understand that a Dr. Hayashida was present at the funeral? Ogata: Yes Lawyer looks over a bunch of papers. Lawyer: To Emiko, he leaves his house, archaeological work, and money. To Ogata, Share everything with Emiko except personal items. To a colleague that may attend my funeral, this includes Dr. Hayashida, I leave a box with the code 13764. It should stay locked. Emiko: What is in the box? Lawyer: I don't know, nor are you legally allowed to open the box. You are to give it to Dr. Hayashida. No questions asked. Ogata: Arigato INT: TODO PRESS - NIGHT Goro Maki is with Hayashida Maki: So you are opening a Godzilla memorial center, with it's main attraction a memorial to Dr. Yamane? Hayashida: Yes, that is right. We plan on doing five different section. One to each year Godzilla attacked up - 1954, 1984, and 1989, a tribute to Dr. Yamane and a section that is to the weapons successful in killing or weakening Godzilla. Including the Oxygen Destroyer, a diorama of the Mt. Mihara operation, and the Anti-Nuclear-Energy-Bacteria. Maki: But wasn't the plans for the oxygen destroyer destroyed. Hayashida: Oh, yes. But we got photos of the object itself. We can make a replica, but we cannot under any way possible make the same chemicals that were inside the weapon. The formulas have been long lost. Maki: Thanks again Professor. Hayashida: Anytime Goro Goro steps into the hallway of his office, along with Hayashida, who puts on a coat and leaves. A fellow reporter bumped into Goro. Goro: Hey Takeishi, what is that you are working on. Takeishi: Read tomorrow's print and see INT: NEWS PAPER PRINTING ROOM "Saudi Arabian Agent found killed" "Secret American Operation found" "Saudi Arabia may declare War?" INT: KEN AND NAEOKO'S APARTMENT Ken is on the couch as Naeoko is making some fried fish patties with some Sake Ken: Shouldn't you be at the university working with Hayashida Naeoko: No, he is with Goro in an in an interview. Ken: Oh, weren't you two dating Naeoko sits down next to ken with a plate with the food on it. The television starts a news report. TV: Later today, the president of Saudi Arabia had this to say: "It has been 4 years of negotiations. Americans have killed a citizen of ours illegally. Because legal prosecution won't be led out by the United States, we as of the 12th of August 1993 officially declare war on the United States. We have clips of all main characters looking shocked, ending with Dr. Hayashida. INT: HAYASHIDA'S LABORATORY-NIGHT We see from behind a recliner Hayashida watching the news report Hayashida: Here we go again. INT: WHITE HOUSE President Woods: I want to know what the hell just happened? Army Major: In 1989, a secret and illegal American Agency known as Bio-Major had two people,......... Who had help Japan for ransom during Godzilla's reign. Turns out, they wanted the weapon known as Anti Nuclear Energy Bacteria. And Saudi Arabia also wanted it. If successful, it was to be used to clean up nuclear pollution. Sadly there was only a pair of Godzilla cells and only enough was made to be used for an attack on Godzilla. President Woods: So what am I going to do? The way I see it, we will have more people quit the army than there are stars in the night sky and what if we do have a nuclear exchange and Godzilla shows up? Army Major: We got charts of where Godzilla went after the 1989 advent. We shall use jet bombers instead of ships. If for some reason Godzilla comes, we will get out fast. We got news that Saudi Arabia is talking some ships to the mid-Pacific ocean. We have our Bombers fly from Warner Robins air force base today and in two days, we shall have a nuclear exchange in the mid Pacific, 20 miles from Godzilla's current location. Army general shows President a map of where Godzilla is in the Pacific. President Woods: Okay, let's do it. INT: TOKYO DIET - NIGHT Prime Minister Heisei: This is terrifying. Commander Aso: We just need to keep defenses up. If they know what is better, they would just forget about it. Prime Minister: I am just afraid they will wake up Godzilla Commander Aso's father: I highly doubt that they are dumb enough to war that close to Godzilla. And besides, their missiles won't go that deep into the water. Prime Minister: Doubt they are dumb enough? We created two Godzillas, the original from 1954 and the one we have now, what is stopping us from making another one. The damn Okocki Organization should have just made a little more Anti-Nuclear Energy Bacteria. We do not know if we may resurrect another Godzilla kaiju. If nuclear weapons are used, we cannot clean it up! Bad enough we got a new war, but more mass pollution? f*ck. Commander Aso: Prime Minister, please calm down. Prime Minister: I have survived two Godzilla attacks. I do not want to go through another one... INT: EMIKO AND OGATA RESIDENCE - DAY Emiko and Ogata are just sitting. Emiko and Ogata look up at each other at the same time, but put their heads back down. Emiko: It is happening all over again, isn't it? Ogata gets up and pours himself another cup of coffee. Ogata: Remember, I served in WW2. Nothing really bad happened to us until the end. He kneels down next to Emiko Ogata: Emiko, nothing will happen to Japan. Even with the absence of our nuclear weapons, we have maser cannons. We will be ok. INT:PACIFIC OCEAN - DAYLIGHT We just see mllitary ships leaving Saudi Arabia and planes talking off from Warner robins air force base take off for the middle east. Meanwhile... INT: Naeoko and Ken's place Naeoko picks up the phone. Hayashida (O.S.): Naeoko? Naeoko: Yea? Hayashida: Are you watching TV? The war just began. Two hours before they collide Naeoko: This is bad. I hope Japan does not get into this, or find out that it was a Japanese army general that killed that Saudi agent. Hayashida: Oh, is that how it happened? Well, all we can do is pray EXT: PACIFIC OCEAN From Ship's POV, we see the jet's coming at a distance. Saudi Arabian Commander: Target 15 degrees. TOD: 1 minute American Gold Leader: Blue Leader, Red Leader, launch megaton missiles first. Hit them from behind with the machine gun turrets. All(O.S): Yes Sir And the battle commences. The Saudi Arabian ships let off torrents of machine gun torrents and some bazookas. Planes go with their described plan. More Saudi Arabian ships come, and the megaton missiles were fired. Two missed. Red Leader: Gold Leader, watch those megatons jackass! Gold Leader: Sorry Red. 10-4. INT: UNDERWATER-DAY It is dark and deep. And the missiles go through the water at lighting fast speeds. Then all of a sudden they hit a giant stone. Blue light lights up the water, but them get absorbed into a bunch of dorsal fins. Then a big eye opens with loud heart beats. EXT: PACIFIC OCEAN-DAY The planes, which there are three visible, made a major u-turn and are heading towards the Saudi ships, that seem endless. Then all of a sudden, a gargantuan figure comes up and roars. Lights are coming from the water, water soars so high the planes get hit by it. Hell breaks loose literally. Godzilla had been re-animated. The Saudi Arabian ships fired their weapons but nothing prevailed. The were the first to go. Five more American jets fly around and attack with more megaton. Godzilla gets knocked back into the water. But he makes a quick come back and breaths on three of the jets. Three jets fly back to the US... INT: SAUDI ARABIAN SHIP-DAY Saudi Arabian Messenger: SOS, SOS, SOS TO ANY COUNTRY Godzilla destroys the other Saudi Ships... All three countries USA, Japan, and Saudi Arabia get the SOS and a photo. We have clips of all three leader's shocked faces. INT: WHITEHOUSE-DAY Army General: Sir, we got footage from the SOS. President Woods: Play the tape. Video from Saudi Arabian POV is shown. We are looking up at Godzilla. Godzilla takes a ship, lifts it out of the water, and hits two American ships with it. Godzilla looks at the camera. He then breaths his radioactive heat beam on it. Army General: Damn! President Woods: And that is that the crap Japan has been putting up with? The phone rings. President Woods: Hello Mr. Prime Minister. Yes, I just saw the footage. Mmm Hmm. What? President writes something on paper. President Woods: Thanks. Keep in touch. Turns to Army General- President Woods: Godzilla is heading towards California. He will be here in 2 days. Army General: I shall order an immediate evacuation. Army General leaves room as president sits down in chair, worried looking President Woods: Oh god, what am I going to do... He turns around in his chair to face his desk. He presses a button on an intercom-looking machine. President Woods: Get me the Bio-Major files Miss Secretary. The intercom responds with a yes sir. A woman a couple of seconds later comes in with a three fairly full files with Bio-Major written all over them. She places them on the president's desk and leaves. The president looks through the files, writes something down and closes the files, putting them to the corner of the desk. Then he picks up a phone and dials a number. Phone: Yes? President Woods: Get me the Okochi Corporation in Japan. EXT: LA STREETS-DUSK We now see that it is dusk, and hell has broken loose in Los Angeles. People are running everywhere. Some people are carrying radios, with the mechanical devises saying things like, "This would have been the first time Godzilla had landed on American soil. What ever happens, we are not ready for this attack." It now night and it is as dark as the Marianna Trench. Slowly military reinforcement make it's way to the beaches. Mines with chains connected to them to keep track of distance of mines are let into the ocean. It is day again and we see army people taking up base into the buildings, with some having red, blue, and yellow arm bands for three different sections of the attack plan. Then dusk comes again. No movement, everyone is ready. INT: CALIFORNIA SHORES 1,000 METERS OFF SHORE - DAWN (BIG G POV) We see that people are anxiously awaiting the arrival of hell. Everyone in the city was successfully evacuated. It is now just suspense building. But then an explosion disturbs the peace, everyone is on guard. Godzilla rises up. But there is panic in the soldiers. They start shooting without concentration. Godzilla just gets hit with mines, bazooka troops, tanks, and even miniature nuclear weapons but nothing prevails. Godzilla just walks up to shore and stomps on cars, tanks, soldier groups. Some had children, some were what veterans would call children, but Godzilla just leveled the city. Once in the hear of the city, Godzilla started using his beam. Stealth Bombers and submarines with airborne missiles started attacking more efficiently. Sadly, the Stealth Bomber's speed was too fast for Godzilla. But more nuclear weapons were used. Smoke filled the air, and suddenly what appeared to be Godzilla's dorsal fins started discharging blue-colored discharges. Them Godzilla jumped, not very high, straight in the air, landed on his feet in the same place he took off and while roaring, unleashed a nuclear pulse. Everything in a two-mile radius started crumbling. A huge crater was under Godzilla's feet. All stealth bombers lost electrical usage and crashed into the city. Submarine's instruments faulted, making the submarines crashing into each other. Nothing moved except falling debris that fallowed the law of gravity. Godzilla turned around, charged his breath and blew away the Hollywood sign. Then walked into the ocean, destroying the remaining mines. MORE TO COME... Edited by packmule, Nov 30 2008, 12:39 PM.
