I would suggest your use of the word "thing" in the original question is fairly ambiguous. The first time I listed to your video I thought you said "film", then I listened to it again and I heard the word "thing" more clearly. A better word would have been "item", or "merchandise". The word "thing" is a poor word because, IMO its too easy to misinterpret.
