Member username: "packmule" Image type: (sig, avatar or other) signature image Image size(in pixels): 400 x 100 pixels(l x w) or thereabouts Colors desired(minimum of two needed): any shades of blues and whites would be great Text in image(if any): "The doctor is in" Image links(if any): none but I can provide some image links if you need them. The sig should be themed after the Fox TV show House M.D., with an image of Hugh Laurie prominently featured in the sig Other notes: there's no rush on this one.
