The Predator. Blows me away every time I see that part. That laugh combined with Arnold running as the jungle lights up behind him. God, it gives me chills. That's a great one, I just remembered the laughter from the Predator, it was good and a little bit creepy. All the Joker actors did a good job delivering their evil laughter, but non of the laughter matches up to Mark Hamill's animated Joker laughter IMO. Another good one is Matt Hullum's O'Malley (Omega) Laughter from Red Vs Blue, he did a better job then the previous voice actor - Joel Heyman for the character IMO.
