You've posted an image of Ultraseven(1967-68), Ultraman Great(1990)(from the Australian Ultra TV series), Jet Jaguar(1973) and another Ultra whose name I cannot place. Is "Ultraman Pole" an amalgamation of all these characters...or something else?

Also, how did you arrive at referring to this Ultra as "Pole"? heyo
The unknown one is Redman (1972), who starred in his own show in the same format as Yuke! Godman (1972-73) and Ike! Greenman (1973), meaning strictly a monster fight with only minimal special effects, and no particular story. They're all colored blue, as Ultraman Pole is blue rather than red, and serve as mere suggestions to his appearance.

And "Pole" comes from "Polestar".
