Exactly that: that I enjoyed watching Jaws 3 more than 1987's Jaws The Revenge. ![]() What immediately soured me on the 1987 "Jaws" film was the premise that a shark was taking revenge on the late Chief Brody's family, that is, Ellen Brody and her grown sons(in this movie it's revealed that Martin Brody has passed away). I just don't like the story line much. Jaws 3 is also a film I do not hold in high regard, from a "critical" standpoint. I did like many of the characters better, including Dennis Quaid and Louis Gossett Jr. - I also liked the backdrop for the film more, having the events of the film play out around a "Sea World" type facility. People disagree about films all the time, and also on how much they like or dislike movies.
