Because his fighting spirit. He barely gives up. I admire that in a monster. I also think Angilas would win, but Guiron would likely inflict some damage on "Angy". The battle would likely be an old fashioned brawl since neither monster possesses a beam weapon. I would imagine the battle would play out with both beasts charging each other like crazed rhinos.
