Correct. The shark also was given the ability to "roar" in this scene(and I think a few others). My main problem with Jaws The Revenge(1987), which I saw here in Atlanta in a theater when it was first released, is the plot: utilizing the "revenge" motif to explain a shark's attacks on the remaining members of the Brody family just doesn't cut it with me and, I'm thinking, probably not with the vast majority of others who have seen this movie.
