I received another email from Amazon yesterday afternoon informing me that their original delivery estimate for the "Outlander" DVD, June 6-10, was being changed to June 20-24, that is, they're adding another potential two weeks to the delivery time. Assuming I receive this DVD from Amazon on June 20 that would make the overall delivery time nearly a full month, since I ordered this DVD back on May 22. I'm going to try and find out what the problem is with the delivery of this DVD. If I'm satisfied that Amazon isn't responsible for the delay in shipment of this order I'll order from them again in the future. If, however, I believe Amazon is even partly responsible for the delay, and I'm inclined to think they are right now, then I will never order anything from them online again.  The DVD is in stock and available for immediate ship out at DVD Empire: http://www.dvdempire.com/Exec/v4_item.asp?item_id=1462290 At DeepDiscount.com the DVD is listed as in stock...but only the "full screen" version(the original aspect ratio is cropped).
