Battling a kaiju just as powerfull as Legion at half the height (and shorter than Gamera), Gamera would use the mana blast. I am prety sure that Earth's energy is more powerful than nuclear energy. :P But now, back on topic... Not back on topic yet. If Gamera where fighting Burning Godzilla, Then the spiral ray would tear gamera up, if gamera tried the mana blast, then Burning Godzilla would meltdown destroying all. Now if it where heisei Godzilla(Normal)Then Godzilla would get a beating, Especially the mana blast, But he can still regenerate with just a heart left, Not to mention his ability to use the spiral ray, even if he's not burning godzilla. No way an oversized Turtle can beat a 328 ft tall super beast! (Pun Intended). (there is no hatred toward the user I replied to).
