Do you have any tips on losing wieght
1. eliminate junk food from your diet altogether or, at the very least, minimize your consumption of this stuff

2. drink more water

3. exercise more, such as walking(2-3 miles a day), swimming or jogging. If you haven't been exercising start gradually. Do basic calisthenics like push ups and pull ups. I don't advocate sit ups but rather "leg lifts" or "crunches".


-exercise 3-4 times per week. The other things should be done daily.

Bottom line: eat less & eat better(with more veggies) + more exercise = lose weight.
